The Auction House is how Soul’s Remnant moves Soul Crystals when the other player is offline. There is no bidding. You buy the listed price. Listings last 7 days. The house takes a 5% cut from the seller, or 4% if the buyer clicks through a Merchant stall.

Patch note (Aug 28): the auction house grew a real search box. You can type stat filters now — echo counts, stat tiers — and search specific skills on the Ring of Atlas. Multiple material stacks can be listed in one go, and the UI warns you before listing something far below your intended price. Trading also requires level 25 since this patch.
How Do You Buy?
The window shows a search bar, your Soul Crystal count, and mail. Four tabs: Home, Search, Price History, Sell An Item.
Home splits Popular Items and Newly Listed. Click a tile to jump into Search for that item. Search lets you filter name, min/max price, Type, Element, and up to 4 specific stats. Highlight a row and press Buy, then Yes. The item goes to the matching inventory tab, or to mail if you are full. The mail icon in the AH header is the fast way out.
How Do You Sell?
Open Sell An Item. Inventory on the right is stacked Equip / Use / Mats / Misc, not as separate tabs. Left-click an item to select it. The pane shows Recent Avg and Lowest price. Set Amount and Price Per, then List Item.
You get 10 listings at a time. Cash Shop can raise that cap (official wiki). Unsold listings return by mail after 7 days.

The buyer does not pay the fee. If you want every Crystal, trade in person.
Price History and What to List
Price History uses the same filters plus a time frame: Last Day, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year, and draws a graph. Use it before you undercut. Early Access prices move with patches — the Aug 21 magic rework changed which skills people gear for — so check the week, not only the day.
Materials, souls, and shards sell because every build eats them. Finished weapons only sell if the echoes match a current kit. See best builds and Mystery Tickets for what players are currently trying to roll.
Merchant Skill and Market Hub
Purchases through the Merchant skill drop the seller fee from 5% to 4%. The Market Hub Entrance is in Spawn, left of Shepherd. It is a map meant for stalls, with extra shop portals and a Goddess Statue you can warp to. Shop messages accept BBCode.
