Mystery Tickets are a random-reward token in Soul’s Remnant. Monsters drop them more often as their level rises. You cash them at the Mysterious Man in Spawn Grounds. The official wiki publishes the prize pool. It does not publish drop rates or ticket pity.

How Do You Get Mystery Tickets?
Every monster can drop souls, gems, dungeon passes, and Mystery Tickets. Higher monster level means a higher chance (official wiki). Tickets also show up as quest rewards: Kmitty’s early family chain pays 1 ticket for the wheat / wood / stone step and 5 tickets for the shell-piece step (official wiki Quest page).
Tickets live in the Misc tab. They are not the same item as a Dungeon Pass.
Where is the Mysterious Man?
Spawn Grounds. Offer tickets there and he rolls one result from the list below. He also has relationship dailies (for example, kill 99 Monoghouls in Misty Forest for Hearts plus EXP). He is not the Ferryman Behind the Grave.
What Can the Tickets Roll?
The wiki list is long. Group it before you farm.

Blue Shards and Red Shards
Tickets can spit Red Shard x5 or Blue Shard x5. You also farm those shards from quests: Gevil’s relationship dailies want red shards (and gems); Kmitty’s family chain wants blue shards (official wiki / our quest guide). If Google sent you here for 蓝色碎片 / 红色碎片, cash tickets and run those NPC chains — do not wait on the gamble alone.
Yellow shards and the three crystals sit on the same ticket list.
